Steve Gill:
Lead Pastor

Turning Point Church really has been a dream that has been playing out in the back of our minds and hearts for years.  We've been very fortunate to be a part of some great life giving churches during our lives while also having the chance to serve with some incredible leaders.  It’s out of those experiences and relationships that we began to ask, ‘why couldn't we do that?’  It’s with that question where God began to put the desire in us and the dream to help build a church that was life giving.

For the past 29 years of ministry we have been involved in various roles of serving within the local church and overseas in Latin America.  My role at Turning Point is to provide overall vision and direction to the mission of our church.  I also serve as the primary communicator during our weekend services.  I've been married to my beautiful wife, Keisa for 29 years and we have four great kids; Aaron, Ellie, Christian and Karinna.  For fun I like to hang out with my kids, watch sports, watch movies, read, and run.  Of course college football rules and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are my team.

Keisa Gill
Kids Ministry Director

Keisa grew up in the Midwest but spent most of her life in Quito Ecuador as a missionary kid.  Her experiences on the mission field and in life have led to her love for kids and families.

Keisa serves Turning Point by providing vision and direction to our kids ministry and  by helping parents.  Keisa and Steve met back in college and are quickly approaching 29 years of marriage.  She is the proud mom of four kids; Aaron, Elianna, Christian and Karinna.  She enjoys spending time with her family, running, drinking a good cup of coffee and watching movies.

Ryan Windsor:
Operations Director

As Operations Director, Ryan focuses on our volunteers, community outreach, and day to day operations. One of his favorite things about his job is being out in the community and leading our local outreach. Whether it is picking up trash or tutoring children, he is passionate about showing God’s love.

He and his wife, Michelle, enjoy raising their two boys in Bonita Springs. You can find them on the beach, fishing, and building with Legos. The least favorite thing for their boys to do is take pictures (proof to the left).

Liz Ceto:
Worship Director

Nothing inspires Elizabeth more than hearing the church lift their voices in worship to an amazing God.  Her passion for God and music began at an early age where she attended church with her mom and grandma and started reading from hymnals.  Her fondest childhood memories center around her family, faith and singing harmonies in the back seat on road trips to Iowa.  As her life began to take shape, she knew that music was her calling.  After completing a Music Education degree at Florida State University Liz went right into leading youth choirs and starting a family with her husband John.  Through an unexpected position at a local church Liz was given a new calling on her life to lead worship.  From that moment in 2006 Liz has been a part of leading worship at a local church nearly every Sunday.

She loves being a mama to her kids Grace and John John and spending time with friends over a game of Catan or around a campfire.  Her ultimate hope lies in Jesus Christ and she wants nothing more than to bring glory to His Name through her gift of music.
