Christmas SOWO
What Is SOWO? SOWO simply stands for; serve one, worship one. In other words, would you consider serving at one of the services on Sunday, December 22nd? That's the SO part of the equation. Say hi at the door or in the parking lot on one of our teams. Serve with our kids check-in team. Help us set up. Hold babies in our nursery. Or maybe be an extra set of hands to do whatever is needed. Pick one of the two services and serve one. That’s the SO!
Then, we would ask you to worship at the other morning service. That’s the WO! Attend the other service that you’re not serving at. Why? It's so important to connect with the purpose and heart of Christmas! So, be involved in the SO, but don’t neglect the WO. Worship with the band. Sit with the friends you invited. Engage in the message. Build some community with others. Celebrate with us that Jesus was born!
Why SOWO? We want to reach more people in our community this year. To do that, we need those that call Turning Point home to be 'all in' for Christmas. That means serving somewhere will be huge in helping point people to Jesus.
When can I SOWO? You can serve at one of our two identical services at 9:30 am or 11:00 am on Sunday, December 22nd. Just pick your service to SO and then pick your service to WO.
How to SOWO? The best way to SOWO is to register here. After we receive your email, we will touch base with you and send you a confirmation through Planning Center. Thanks for being a part of the SOWO!
